Ah, respectfully I'd like to re-open the ticket.

I'd actually rather not update python-sqlalchemy.  It is version 0.5 in EPEL6,
and updating to version 0.8 will likely break a great number of other packages.

I wanted to create a forward-compat package that can be parallel installed with
python-sqlalchemy.

This has already been done in the package python-sqlalchemy0.7, this would make
a second forward-compat package python-sqlalchemy0.8.
