I had two problems in building it from the srpm: * Missing BR for libtar-devel * urdfdom-devel does not exists. In fact the only package that exists is urdfdom-headers-devel. However cmake still complains that it does not found urdf_parser.h and that the parser won't be built. Miscellaneous thoughts: * Why did you disabled the %{?_smp_mflags} flag?
