That's why I mentioned this part of the packaging guidelines. The explanation
_why_ there are explicit Requires needs to be added to the spec file as a
comment.

When providing updated packages, please add a bugzilla comment with valid "Spec
URL:" and "SRPM URL:" fields as you've done at the top of this ticket.

Then give "fedora-review -b 808350" a try.
