Sorry about the delay.  It looks pretty good, i'm just wondering why the
libsstp_api.so symlink is still in the base package and not the -devel package.
 According to [1], unversioned symlinks should be in a -devel package when a
matching versioned system library is also present.  Once that's taken care of,
I think this package is ready for approval.
