This is quick attempt at improving the package based on the above comments. Not
sure if it's really working though. Installing it provides a strongswan option
in NetworkManager GUI, but I couldn't find a way to select SSL certs or define
password etc. (NB: to build, it requires manually downloading latest strongswan
RPMS from koji as the rename to strongswan-charon-nm hasn't hit updates-testing
yet.)
