The example file has no URL. No problem actually, but why not use the SDK which is downloadable directly from the Dropbox site (https://www.dropbox.com/static/developers/dropbox-python-sdk-1.6.zip)? This zip archive includes the example files and additionally some documentation files. Moreover, there's a license file which contains the MIT license.
