Drupal users are used to having to install separate pkgs (or modules in
Drupal-land) to be able to enable sub-modules so I think a sub-pkg would
confuse the general population.  I will discuss with the Fedora Drupal
community to come up with a solution and guidelines for future packages with
this same "issue".
