Try again, please. :) So far, you're missing the "release number increment", i.e. the leading "X." at the very left: Release tag for pre-release packages: 0.%{X}.%{alphatag} Release tag for post-release packages: %{X}.%{posttag} where %alphatag and %posttag can also be the %checkout string YYYYMMDDvcstypeREVID. Additionally, if what you check out is post-0.2 code, you need to apply the post-release snapshot naming scheme.
