The only implication of this is that the paths to these tools are not preconfigured in the installed configuration file. These can be added by the sysadmin after installation. If left unconfigured, $PATH will be searched for them at runtime. globus-gram-job-manager-lsf should be noarch, but it can not be. If one of the subpackages built from a source rpm is arched, the main package can not be noarch. This is a known deficiency of rpm.
