is not the final 3.3.0 release.

Rather, I have tracked the upstream project in a github fork to adapt the build
system for packaging.

If the review identifies more changes needed in the spec file or upstream build
system, those will be implemented before the final 3.3.0 tarball is created. 
The real 3.3.0 tarball will then be ready for Fedora.

sipXtapi is not the same as reSIProcate.  They both provide an independent SIP
stack implementation.  reSIProcate includes a conferencing library, librecon. 
The conferencing library uses the media framework from sipxtapi.  That is why
this tarball is on the reSIProcate web server.
