I have attempted to build 5.3.3 from the racket site.   In the mock build
system the racket build process actually completes.   It still doesn't finish
creating the .rpm files in the mock build process but I think I have a handle
on that issue.

I still have to get the thing to build for both i686 and x86_64.  I am hoping
to have a new source RPM this weekend.  I am still in the process of testing
some changes.
