Because it makes the specfile much less readable.

And FWIW, /usr/bin/qmake-qt4 is where the actual binary sits in Fedora,
`pkg-config --variable=exec_prefix QtCore`/bin/qmake is only a symlink. (If you
want to know why: It's because of multilib. Different binaries do not cause
multilib conflicts, symlinks to different places do.)

We generally frown upon cross-distro specfiles around here, it hurts specfile
readability (and sometimes even guideline compliance) in many places.
