Why is the binary in /usr/sbin? http://www.pathname.com/fhs/pub/fhs-2.3.html#USRSBINNONESSENTIALSTANDARDSYSTEMBI "mkdir -p %{buildroot}%{_mandir}/man1" is enough. You don't need 4 mkdir invocations.
