Just some quick comments:

- The license is wrong...it's GPLv2+, see v4l2.py 'or (at your option) any
later version.'.
- The website says :"Currently the bindings are up to date with the 2.6.34
kernel headers.". The current kernel in F18 is 3.8.8. Does this play nice?
- Why do you need 'Provides:'?
