Explicitly, I think the URL and source should be filled like this(Just an example): URL: http://search.cpan.org/dist/Fsdb/ Source0: http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/J/JO/JOHNH/Fsdb-%{version}.tar.gz And, the %changelog has incorrect version with %{version}.
