I don't plan to force my source files to Linux line ending. But it is maybe possible to put dos2unix and chmod in the Makefile if there is a way to detect the platform ("if not Windows or Mac, run dos2unix") > 2. Make install headers and development files, than i remove this from spec: I am a total newbee in Makefile, I am aware it should be in Makefile, but I currently don't know how to do it.
