The package looks good, there is only small issue with license field:
License field in spec file says that the content of the package is under "CDDL
and GPLv2 with exceptions", but most of the files are under "CDDL *or* GPLv2
with exceptions" + few files in src/org/glassfish/pfl/test/ is under ASL 2.0.
