Summary: Review Request: avrdude -Software for programming Atmel AVR Microcontroller https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=230324 ------- Additional Comments From j.w.r.degoede@xxxxxx 2007-02-28 11:16 EST ------- (In reply to comment #9) > > Agreed, but why put it in a seperate subdir of /etc, > why not? > Because its unnecessary deviating from upstream, upstreams docs / FAQ's mailinglist advice will say look at / edit /etc/avrdude.conf and it won't be there. Unless there are strong reasons lets not deviate from what upstream does, in order to invoke the least element of surprise factor. So Trond could you please drop the extra sysconfdir parameter to %configure? and then upload the new srpm / spec, I think that we can finish the review then. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
