Hi Paulo.

Only difference between 'ipopt' and 'coin-or-Ipopt' is ThirdParty content; but
ThirdParty seems necessary to use Ascend (Bug 908088) with Ipopt
(http://ascend4.org/IPOPT#Building_IPOPT).
