Okay, so while talking to Stephen Gallagher (the node engine maintainer) we
realized that we don't want binary native modules in the distribution yet,
since they'll require bumping for every Node.js release until 0.10 is released.
 Therefore, I can only package the cookie part of it for now.  That review is
in bug 903762.

This is an updated version of the request module that uses the unbundled
cookie:
