Pavel,

Defining "debug_package" to %{nul} shouldn't be necessary. Certainly no
debuginfo packages were generated for any of my pure Python packages or when I
built pybugz.spec locally. Was that added on purpose?

Suggested patch:
 Requires:       python2
 BuildRequires:  python2-devel
