Sorry the late reply. 1.3.0 seems to suffer from a lack of documentation (on what changed between 1.2.30 and 1.3.x) which is not very reassuring. In my view, people that require IceWM (for old machines, server) will most likely require a stable DE instead of a cutting edge one.
