Maybe:
for Fedora: "mozilla-enigmail" with just versioning subpackages
([thunderburd,seamonkey]-enigmail)

for EPEL: "mozilla-enigmail" source package with different result binary
packages for thunderburd and seamonkey. Yes, with twice the huge source. But it
could be more easy than review etc. two packages for el6 branch only
separately. Moreover, sometimes RHEL6 might increase its thunderbird version,
and it might be possible to provide united binary (at least temoprary).
