I've done this for mozilla-adblock plus and mozilla-https-everywhere. I set the
requires to "mozilla-filesystem" and just made symlinks in the seamonkey
extension directory.

I can indeed confirm that it is suitable for SeaMonkey, as I use enigmail on
SeaMonkey for Windows. :)

Perhaps naming it "mozilla-enigmail" would be a better option than
"thunderbird-enigmail" or "enigmail".
