I don't have any opinion on that apart from wanting something ready in time for
F18 so we can have working echo cancellation in PulseAudio and Empathy. If
PulseAudio links to the library I packaged above or a properly packaged full
webrtc library is equally fine for me. But I don't want to block on that
comprehensive packaging.
