ideally the local changes to libtidy would be integrated to upstream libtidy or
to the Fedora package, libtidy seems as not-so-alive project, so even having
the local copy in sigil is fine with me

One good thing about sigil upstream is that it now has checks for all the
bundled libraries in the cmake control file.
