But if you take a look on Puppet, non of its files are installed into Ruby's %{ruby_vendorlibdir}, while all of hiera's files are installed there. In this case, it seems that hiera is more library then application and therefore it should have ruby- prefix. May be it could be split into two packages? Something like hiera, which contains the executable and may be something more and the ruby-hiera, which would contain the library part?
