Well, I'm not sure...bundling is bundling. Do we have an official position
about javascript libraries? But if upstream is really shipping unmodified
jquery libs, I don't see why we couldn't provide packages for that...in the
worst case in form of parallel-installable packages containing different jquery
versions.

Anyway if you would be able to obtain a global exception for jquery* bundling I
would drop this package happily :)
