For finding the requirement, I am going though the content of the source tarball. I am looking for modules which are loaded by 'use' or 'require' for tests and also module from lib/ which are used for the tests. I add to BR each modules which could be packed separately from CPAN (http://search.cpan.org/~rgarcia/base-2.18/). The optional BRs are not necessary, the tests will pass without them. You don't have to add them.
