Thanks guys.  Here's a new release with:

- Updated license field to LGPLv2+
- Removed BuildRequires util-linux.  Superfluous!
- Ownership taken for %%{_datadir}/%%{name}
- Copying with '-p' to preserve
- Made examples non-exectuable.
- Added %%check section.

I just emailed upstream directly about the license ambiguity.  I changed the
license tag in the spec file to LGPLv2+ in the meantime at Garrett's
suggestion.
