- update ntop-am.patch for cvs version
- get rid of plugins patch and just remove cruft in spec file


Already noted problems to fix:
- lots of "linker input file unused because linking not done" messages during
build - need to be tracked down
- snmp plugin won't load because of undefined symbol: netsnmp_extract_table_info

backtrace here.
