rpmlint seems to be rather unhappy

The file-not-UTF8 is IMHO not that important, but nice to fix.

The shlib-with-non-pic-code , according to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_Rpmlint_issues#shlib-with-non-pic-code is
a no-go, since this can cause issue with selinux.

The shlib-calls-exit is something to be brought upstream.
The lack of manpages for dietObjects too.
