  Yep, removed.

  In the Makefile it may not fit, for not all systems have systemd(1) support.

  cdb is not installed separately. It'll be some work + time to separate
it from the main source. I'll urge you to approve the package while I continue
work towards linking cdb dynamically.

  I've added all the manuals except for dnstracesort(1). It is a small shell
script to sort the output of dnstrace(1) command. I've documented it in the
manual of dnstrace(1) command.
