I believe the following files should be marked as %doc:
%{_docdir}/srm-ifce/LICENSE
%{_docdir}/srm-ifce/RELEASE-NOTES
%{_docdir}/srm-ifce/VERSION

Out of curiosity, is there a reason for the README to be in the -devel package?

Good practices tend to leave an empty line between each entry in the changelog
(entry as in release entry, not every other line).


That all I can see with a quick glance to the spec.
