Since the project is responsible for all of the libraries and executables in
the tarball, things are fine. With subpackages, users can use xpra without
parti or wimpiggy (assuming the code allows it). The problem arises when a
project includes code that it needs but is not the canonical source for that
code (say...this project shipping python-jsonpickle). That is not allowed since
the actual python-jsonpickle code could diverge and has security implications.
