I haven't looked at the source code at all, but from the TV-Browser website, it seems to be acceptable for Fedora (they secure permission before providing listing information). Obviously, it needs to be built from source, have any bundled jars removed, and be under acceptable Free Software licenses, but that's no different from any other Fedora package.
