delta.affinix.com/jdns/

that mentions, The latest source can be found in the iris/src/jdns module of
Delta SVN.

So, one could argue that even it's own upstream can't bundle it's own code that
lives as a submodule in the same svn tree?

Are there any other consumers of qjdns.h in fedora?  If not, I'd argue it's
fine to leave it where it is.
