Hi, I just finished packaging sugar-irc. I highly appreciate reviewing it.

sugar-irc is a chat application that allows users to chat with other users and
enthusiastic on the internet via Internet Relay Chat (IRC). The activity be
default connects to #sugar on freenode where there are developers hanging all
the time and users can get any of their issues clarified.
