I packaged it this way so that the lrslib-libs package could be multilib, as
described here:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/MultilibTricks#Splitting_libraries_into_separate_packages

I'm not set on making this package multilib, but I'd want a good reason not to
do so.  Also, the "-libs" naming convention is already pretty well established
in Fedora; try this:

$ repoquery -q \*-libs

I count 273 x86_64 "-libs" packages in Fedora 15.
