I am willing to put some time and effort into making it happen. In comment #43, it seems that you are/were amicable to your modifications being pushed upstream. I'd be happy to take on the task of working with the Boost community to get your changes merged. So, let me ask you directly: If I can get your modifications upstream, will you be willing to drop your bundled version of Boost? I will caveat this somewhat by saying that, after having read over your changes, the Boost folks may want to recommend some changes to your implementation. I will do my best to make sure your code gets upstreamed with as few changes as possible, but I think it's reasonable to expect that it won't be perfect. I'd like to have you be involved in that dialogue as much as possible. I realize you're a busy person and can't really dedicate much time to something that doesn't provide you with immediate benefits. However, if you're willing to exchange a few e-mails with me through this process, it will help me work through any issues that come up that much more quickly. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. _______________________________________________ package-review mailing list package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/package-review
