Rahul - I've reviewed your notes in comment #30, but it seems that almost none of them are relevant to the updated spec file (attachment #2). I'm not sure whether an official English dictionary recognizes the word "tokenizer", but its what upstream uses to describe the project so I'm leaving it in.
