I'm aware of that, but existence of .exe file does not affect anybody anyhow. It is just sitting there and doing nothing. Just like .bat file there and other files which are not relevant for fedora. If I would like to exclude all of them, it will lead to script which has to be checked/modified every release. Packaging guidelines does not say that source tarball has to contain only files relevant to Fedora.
