I don't think torque should be present in the name anywhere , this is implicit
with the library requires.

The other significant batch system is of course gridengine in Fedora.

I also think it may be worth contacting the MPI group.

Should this mpiexec use the "modules" technology that the other mpiexecs use?
This was
my real question. Maybe worth adding the maintainers of those packages to
comment.
