I suppose it's just a matter of waiting a sponsor... Let's wait.

The idea is that the utility could be useful to newbies ham and it can do
something quite useful such as picking emergency packets on the air and
reacting upon receiving them. Of course, it can also be used by non-newbies and
by non-hams (as it is not transmitting on the air, then usually no license is
required). In fact, there are similar pieces of code but they are intended to
integrate with GUI applications and pop-up windows. I believe this utility is
original in the sense that it is intended to automate the task of handling
emergency packets without requiring an operator to sit in front of a GUI. Also,
where and when legally possible alerts of any kind (email, text messages,
facsimiles or whatever else) can be forwarded directly to public emergency
services. And everything is done with just a few lines of very simple code.
