I probably should have waited with "+" until update to 1.3.1. There is no "package review" for updates so no new review is going to happen. If the maintainer decides he wants to push reviewed version into F-14, that's up to him, he hasn't done anything against the rules/guidelines. You can create a bug to track progress on update to 1.3.1, but it will have nothing to do with this review.
