I wasn't able to download your SPEC ("get: Access failed: 550 Failed to open file. (ingres.spec)"), but I've looked a bit at the rpmlint output. You have a lot of non-standard-uid/gid warnings, including for files under /usr, e.g. /usr/libexec/ingres/utility/iiask4it. Is it really necessarily for these files to be owned by someone else besides root? Also, is to me or there's no reason for the files under /var/lib/ingres/files/ucharmaps/ to change?
