School has been taking up a lot of time lately and I haven't been able to balance everything in life. I also don't know how the progress is going in the BRL-CAD project on re-factoring the code to be consistent with fedora guidelines. To my knowledge, the upstream for STEP and UTAH still have not been taken over. It may be best to close this ticket for awhile. I will be graduating in April and may have more time in the future to come back to this. There may also be new developments in the project by that time.
