Providing some package without any version usually means 'this package won't be updated'. 2. Splitting noarch component is highly recommend when - the noarch component is updated frequently - or the component is 'rather' large I think the themes included in this package doesn't seem to fulfill neither condition and I see little benefit for splitting themes.
