It once was his derivative license, but Paul wanted to let others also use a
free license instead. From the webpage above:
"For the specific coverage of raw source code (only) obtained from this
website, you have the option of using the old-style BSD license to use the code
instead of other the licenses."

So it looks like, the source in shedskin/lib/builtin.cpp, which is copyrighted
by Paul is allowed to use BSD, isn't it?

If this is still not a BSD license now, I'll try to delete that upstream and
replace it with a free hash function (there should be plenty of them out
there).
