Good plan, makes sense :-) The spec file looks better, but my primary concern is that it doesn't meet the packaging guidelines (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines) and the review guidelines (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/ReviewGuidelines). Both of those pages provide a wealth of information and tips, and you might also find the following useful for your scriplets inside the spec file: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/ScriptletSnippets Use rpmlint on the package (it is available from Extras), and try to fix as many of the problems as you can. To get more information from rpmlint, use the -i option (it gives a brief description of all problems, and may suggest possible fixes). Feel free to ask if you need help. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
